True’s TPP-AT-44-HC is a 44-inch, 1-door refrigerated pizza prep table built for efficient, consistent cold-holding at the make line. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a 33–41°F range, while eco-friendly foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and stainless steel construction support temperature stability and durability. Patented, stainless steel foam-insulated flat lids keep pan temperatures colder and lock in freshness when the rail is closed. The top accommodates six 1/3-size pans, and a removable cutting board measuring 19.5 inches deep by 44.75 inches wide provides a sanitary white polyethylene work surface for streamlined prep. NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliance for open food product aligns with professional kitchen standards, all in a compact footprint that supports smooth workflow.
