Elevate your make line with the True TPP-AT-60-HC, a 60-inch, two-door refrigerated prep table designed for pizzas, appetizers, small sandwiches, and salads. The refrigerated base features two doors with four adjustable shelves (two per section) to adapt to changing menus and container sizes. On top, eight included 1/3-size pans sit beneath foam-insulated flat lids that help minimize condensation and keep toppings within easy reach. A forced-air refrigeration system maintains 33–41°F for consistent, food-safe performance. Built for daily service, it features a stainless steel cover, front, top, and sides with an aluminum interior and stainless steel floor. The 19.5-inch deep removable cutting board provides ample prep space, while R290 refrigerant and high-density polyurethane insulation support efficient, environmentally friendly operation.
