The True TPP-AT-67-HC is a 67-inch refrigerated pizza prep table engineered to keep ingredients cold and service moving. The pan rail includes nine 1/3-size pans and foam-insulated flat lids that help maintain lower pan temperatures, lock in freshness, and reduce condensation. A 19.5-inch removable white polyethylene cutting board provides a sanitary, durable prep surface for high-volume operations. Below, the two-section base features two doors and four adjustable shelves to organize dough, meats, cheeses, and other refrigerated items. A forced-air refrigeration system holds 33–41°F, while R290 refrigerant and high-density polyurethane insulation support efficient, environmentally friendly performance.
