The True TS-23-HC is an all-stainless steel reach-in refrigerator engineered for dependable, everyday performance. This bottom-mount model features a left-hinged, solid door with a positive-seal, self-closing design and a locking door assembly to secure product. A digital solar thermometer simplifies temperature checks, while the environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains a holding range between 33°F and 38°F. Inside, three adjustable, heavy-duty gray PVC-coated wire shelves help organize ingredients for streamlined prep and service. Powered at 115V/1-ph with a 1/4 HP compressor drawing 2.2 amps and a NEMA 5-15P plug, the unit measures 78.4"(h) x 27"(w) x 29.5"(d) and provides approximately 23 cu. ft. of capacity. Its stainless steel exterior and interior support rigorous cleaning routines and a professional presentation in high-traffic commercial kitchens.
