The True Mfg. TS-23F-2-HC reach-in freezer delivers durable, all-stainless steel construction inside and out to resist corrosion and minimize dents and scratches. Two stainless half doors are left hinged and include a locking door assembly with positive-seal, self-closing operation. A digital solar temperature display makes monitoring simple at a glance. The self-contained, bottom-mount refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and features an automatic defrost that is time-initiated and temperature-terminated. Inside, three heavy-duty, gray PVC-coated wire shelves adjust to accommodate changing product loads. With 23 cu. ft. of capacity and a straightforward control and storage layout, this model supports efficient cold storage and organization in busy kitchens.
