This two-section, 35 cu. ft. unit features two solid stainless steel doors and a stainless steel interior, with stainless front and sides and a matching aluminum back to resist dents and scratches. A bottom-mount compressor creates a convenient no-stoop lower shelf and keeps the condenser coil easy to access for routine cleaning, helping maintain peak performance. The oversized, factory-balanced refrigeration system holds 33°F to 38°F for optimal food preservation, monitored by a digital solar LCD thermometer. Six adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated shelves let chefs and operators configure storage to fit changing menus and pans.
