The True TS-49-HC is a two-section, 49 cu. ft. commercial reach-in refrigerator engineered to keep ingredients organized and within arm’s reach at the cooking line. A bottom-mount compressor creates a convenient “no stoop” lower shelf and keeps the condenser coil easy to access for cleaning, supporting consistent performance. Its oversized, factory-balanced refrigeration system holds 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C) for reliable food preservation. Built for demanding kitchens, it features a stainless steel interior plus stainless steel front, sides, and solid doors. Six adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves and interior lighting streamline workflow and product visibility. Operators benefit from positive-seal self-closing doors with a torsion-type closure system and a digital solar LCD thermometer for quick temperature checks. The TS-49-HC uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and eco-friendly polyurethane insulation with zero ozone depletion potential.
