True’s TSSU-27-08D-2-HC is a 28" two-drawer refrigerated sandwich prep table engineered for consistent cold holding and durable performance. A self-contained, oversized R290 patented forced-air refrigeration system maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C). The stainless steel, patented, foam-insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. The rail accommodates eight 1/6-size pans, and a full-length 11-3/4" removable cutting board is included for efficient prep. The cabinet features an all-stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. Heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers provide smooth operation with full-size food pans. Listed under ANSI/NSF-7, the TSSU-27-08D-2-HC delivers reliable refrigerated prep performance in a compact footprint.
