The True TSSU-27-12M-B-HC 28-inch, 1-door refrigerated sandwich prep table streamlines ingredient staging and assembly on busy lines. A patented, foam insulated stainless steel lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder to lock in freshness and minimize condensation, while the oversized, self-contained R290 patented forced-air refrigeration system maintains 33°F to 41°F and complies with ANSI/NSF-7. The rail accommodates nine 1/6-size pans and three 1/9-size pans, and the included 11-3/4-inch full-length removable cutting board provides a dedicated workspace. Built for daily service, it features an all stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back, plus heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves for organized storage. Powered by 115V, 1-phase, 1/5 HP operation drawing 3.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, this compact unit measures 40.4 inches high (without casters) by 27.6 inches wide by 30.12 inches deep and weighs 225 pounds.
