Product Description
The True Mfg. TSSU-36-08-HC is a 36-inch, 2-door refrigerated sandwich prep table designed to streamline prep. Its full-length, 11-3/4" deep removable cutting board is made from high density polyethylene, creating a tough surface for speedy sandwich preparation. A self-contained, forced-air refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant holds 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C). The stainless steel, foam insulated lid and hood help keep pan temperatures colder and minimize condensation. The cabinet features an all stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back, plus heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves. High density polyurethane insulation with zero ozone depletion potential supports temperature retention. The rail accommodates eight 1/6-size pans. Complies with and is listed under ANSI/NSF-7. Electrical requirements are 115V, 1 phase, 4.5 amps, 1/4 HP with a NEMA 5-15P. Overall dimensions are 36.75" H (without casters) x 36.4" W x 30.12" D; weight is 255 lbs.
