The True TSSU-48-08-HC is a 48-inch, 2-door refrigerated sandwich prep table engineered to keep ingredients cold and service moving. Its self-contained, forced-air refrigeration maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. A stainless steel, patented, foam-insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder and help minimize condensation, supporting consistent presentation on the line. Built for heavy use, the unit features an all-stainless front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. Operators benefit from a full-length 11-3/4-inch removable cutting board and capacity for eight 1/6-size pans on top, while heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves organize cabinet storage. Listed under ANSI/NSF-7, the TSSU-48-08-HC connects to a 115V, 1-phase circuit with a NEMA 5-15P, making it a practical fit for busy kitchens focused on efficiency and workflow.
