Equip your line with the True Mfg. TSSU-48-10-HC, a two-door refrigerated sandwich prep table engineered for efficient, consistent production. Its self-contained, forced-air system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) to protect ingredients and speed service. The all stainless steel front, top, and ends pair with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back for durability and easy cleaning. A patented stainless steel, foam insulated lid and hood help keep pan temperatures colder and reduce condensation during peak periods. The included 11-3/4" full-length removable cutting board supports rapid assembly, while heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves organize backup product. With capacity for ten 1/6-size pans on top and a compact 48.4" W x 30.12" D footprint at 36.75" H (without casters), the TSSU-48-10-HC integrates smoothly into most kitchen layouts. ANSI/NSF-7 listed to support compliance in commercial operations.
