All-stainless front, top, and ends paired with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back deliver durability and a clean, professional presentation. A patented, stainless steel foam-insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder, locking in freshness and minimizing condensation. The full-length 8-7/8-inch removable cutting board expands your prep surface for fast assembly, while heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves organize product. Polyurethane insulation with zero global warming potential and zero ozone depletion potential supports efficient performance.
