This True TSSU-48-18M-B-HC sandwich prep table delivers consistent cold holding with a 48" mega-top layout that keeps ingredients organized and ready.
This unit features stainless steel front, top, and ends with a GalFan-coated steel back for durability in demanding prep environments. The forced-air refrigeration system is designed to maintain uniform temperatures throughout both the cabinet and pan area, supporting proper ingredient holding during peak service.
The insulated stainless steel lid and hood help retain cold air in the pan rail, while the full-length removable cutting board provides a sanitary and convenient prep surface. Inside the cabinet, adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves offer flexible storage behind two solid doors.
