The True TSSU-60-12-HC is a 60-inch, 2-door refrigerated sandwich prep table engineered for efficient, high-volume prep. Its self-contained, forced-air refrigeration uses environmentally friendly R290 to maintain 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C), keeping ingredients at ideal serving temperatures. A stainless steel, foam insulated lid and hood help keep pans colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. The all stainless steel front, top, and ends pair with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back for durability in demanding kitchens. A full-length, removable 11-3/4-inch high density polyethylene cutting board streamlines workflow at the rail, while heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves organize backup product below. The unit accommodates twelve 1/6-size pans on top and is listed under ANSI/NSF-7. Powered by a 1/3 HP, 115V/1-phase system drawing 6.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, the TSSU-60-12-HC fits most cooklines with a 60.4-inch width, 30.12-inch depth, and 36.75-inch height (without casters).
