The True TSSU-60-12M-B-HC is a 60-inch, 2-door refrigerated sandwich prep table engineered for reliable, efficient production. Its self-contained, patented forced-air refrigeration maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) to keep storage items fresh, while foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation with zero global warming potential enhances cold retention. Built for demanding kitchens, it features an all stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. A stainless steel, foam-insulated, patented lid and hood help keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. The included 8-7/8-inch deep, full-length removable cutting board supports streamlined prep, and heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves provide durable storage. Using environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and listed under ANSI/NSF-7, this electric unit connects via a NEMA 5-15P.
