Product Description
The True TSSU-60-15M-B-HC is a 60-inch, 2-door refrigerated sandwich prep table with an all stainless steel top, front, and ends, plus a corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back. The interior features clear coated aluminum with a stainless steel floor for added reinforcement. Its self-contained, forced-air refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and holds 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C). This unit complies with and is listed under ANSI/NSF-7. A stainless steel, patented, foam insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. For streamlined prep, the table includes an 8-7/8" deep, full length removable cutting board and four heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves. Capacity is fifteen 1/6-size pans.
