The True TSSU-60-16-HC 60-inch, 2-door refrigerated sandwich prep table combines durable construction with precise temperature control for assembly of sandwiches and salads. Its all stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back stand up to daily use. A removable, full-length cutting board—11-3/4 inches deep and made of high-density white polyethylene—provides a sturdy prep surface. Sixteen included 1/6-size, 6-inch-deep food pans sit in the countertop prep area, while a stainless steel, patented, foam-insulated lid and hood close to lock in freshness, minimize condensation, and help decrease waste when not in use. The self-contained, forced-air system with environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) and is listed under ANSI/NSF-7. Heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves support organized storage below.
