The True Mfg. TSSU-60-16-DS-ST-HC is a 60-inch, two-door refrigerated sandwich prep table built to optimize speed and consistency on the line. It holds sixteen 1/6-size polycarbonate pans beneath two stainless steel insulated covers, keeping ingredients organized and within reach. A self-contained, forced-air system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains 33°F to 41°F and is listed under ANSI/NSF-7 for food safety. The all-stainless top, front, and ends pair with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back for durability in high-volume kitchens. A full-length 11-3/4" removable cutting board delivers a generous work surface, while heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves manage backup product below. The patented, foam-insulated lid and hood help lock in freshness and minimize condensation to preserve product quality between rushes. With 115V, 1-phase electric and a NEMA 5-15P plug, this model supports efficient production and clean presentation for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
