The True TSSU-60-16D-2-HC 60" 2 section refrigerated sandwich prep table is built for reliable, high-volume prep with durable stainless steel front, top, and ends and a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. Its patented forced-air refrigeration system maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) for consistent, food-safe temperatures and is powered by a self-contained R290 hydrocarbon system. Foamed-in-place with Ecomate polyurethane insulation featuring zero ozone depletion potential, this unit maximizes cold retention and efficiency. A stainless steel, patented, foam-insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. The 11-3/4" deep full-length removable cutting board streamlines assembly, while heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves add organized storage. With capacity for 16 (1/6) pans and drawers designed to hold one 12"L x 20"W x 6"D pan each, operators can stage ingredients for fast service. Listed under ANSI/NSF-7, this electric unit delivers dependable performance in demanding kitchen workflows.
