The True Mfg. TSSU-60-16D-4-HC is a 60-inch, 4-drawer refrigerated prep table designed for efficient sandwich and salad assembly. A self-contained, forced-air refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) to keep ingredients at proper holding temperatures. The rail accommodates 16 (1/6) pans beneath a stainless steel, foam-insulated lid and hood that help keep pan temperatures colder and minimize condensation. Four heavy-duty stainless steel drawers provide organized cold storage; each drawer fits one 12"L x 20"W x 6"D pan. The 11-3/4" deep, full-length removable cutting board creates a stable prep surface across the unit. Built for commercial kitchens, it features an all stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back and is listed under ANSI/NSF-7. At 60.4" wide and 30.12" deep, this model integrates smoothly into busy lines to support consistent performance and workflow for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
