The True TSSU-60-18M-B-HC refrigerated sandwich prep table helps busy restaurants keep sandwich and salad ingredients preserved while providing a safe, sturdy food prep area. Its self-contained, forced-air refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and holds 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) for consistent, food-safe temperatures. A stainless steel, foam-insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder to lock in freshness and minimize condensation. Four heavy duty, PVC coated wire shelves deliver secure storage, while the all stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back support daily commercial use. An 8-7/8" deep, full-length removable cutting board streamlines assembly and service. Listed under ANSI/NSF-7, this 60-inch unit is engineered for reliable performance and efficient workflow on the line.
