The True TSSU-72-08-HC is a 72", 3-door refrigerated sandwich prep table engineered for reliable, line-ready performance. Its patented forced-air refrigeration system maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) to help preserve product freshness, while the self-contained design uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Foamed-in-place with Ecomate insulation, this unit features a polyurethane with zero ozone depletion potential for efficient cold retention. Durability comes standard with an all stainless steel front, top, and ends, plus a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back. A stainless steel, patented, foam-insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder and minimize condensation at the rail. For streamlined workflow, it includes a full-length, removable 11-3/4" cutting board and heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves. Listed under ANSI/NSF-7, this prep solution supports consistent temperature control and organized mise en place for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers who prioritize efficiency and product quality.
