The True TSSU-72-12-HC is a 72-inch refrigerated sandwich prep table engineered for fast, consistent production on busy lines. A self-contained, forced-air refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) to protect ingredients and speed service. The stainless steel, foam-insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder and minimize condensation, while the included 11-3/4-inch full-length removable cutting board creates a ready-to-use prep surface. Three full doors open to six heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves for reliable, high-capacity storage. With an all-stainless front, top, and ends plus a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back, this unit is built for the rigors of commercial kitchens. The top holds 12 1/6-size pans so teams can organize mise en place for sandwiches and salads exactly where they need it. ANSI/NSF-7 listing supports compliance, and 115V operation with a 5-15P plug simplifies installation.
