The True TSSU-72-15M-B-HC is a 72-inch, 3-door refrigerated sandwich prep table built to improve line efficiency and ingredient integrity. Its self-contained, forced-air refrigeration system maintains 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit (0.5 to 5 degrees Celsius) across 15 sixth-size pans, keeping toppings and proteins ready for fast assembly. A patented stainless steel, foam-insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder and minimize condensation to help preserve freshness during peak periods. Durable construction features an all-stainless front, top, and ends with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back for reliable performance in demanding kitchens.
