Power your line with the True TSSU-72-16-HC, a 72-inch, three-door refrigerated sandwich prep table built for fast, organized production. Its all stainless steel front, top, and ends pair with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back, while the cabinet is fully equipped with environmentally-friendly insulation for everyday efficiency. A self-contained, forced-air refrigeration system using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) and is listed under ANSI/NSF-7 for food safety. The stainless steel, patented, foam-insulated lid and hood keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation for consistent ingredient quality. A sanitary, high-density white polyethylene cutting board spans the full length, is 11-3/4 inches deep, and removes quickly for cleaning. Inside, heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves support organized backup storage, while capacity for sixteen 1/6 pans keeps your most-used ingredients within reach. Electric operation is 115V, 1 phase, 7.2 amps, 1/2 HP with a NEMA 5-15P.
