The True TSSU-72-24M-B-ST-HC 72" 3-door refrigerated sandwich prep table helps chefs and operators keep ingredients cold, organized, and ready. A self-contained, forced-air system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) and is listed under ANSI/NSF-7. The top holds 24 (1/6) pans beneath two stainless steel insulated covers, while a patented, foam-insulated lid and hood lock in freshness and minimize condensation. An 8-7/8" deep, full-length removable cutting board streamlines assembly, and six heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves add secure storage below. Built for daily service, the unit features an all stainless steel front, top, and ends with a corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back. Powered by a 1/2 HP, 115V/1-phase system drawing 7.2 amps with a NEMA 5-15P, this 72.4" wide prep table measures 40.4" high (without casters) by 34.12" deep and weighs 455 lbs. Two separate lids help preserve the items in your pans.
