A 5-3/8-inch deep cutting board provides a dedicated, sturdy prep surface, while the stainless steel top, front, and sides with an aluminum back deliver durable, easy-to-clean performance. Three full doors and six shelves maximize refrigerated storage below, featuring a clear-coated aluminum interior and stainless steel floor for long-term reliability. Built on 5-inch castors for mobility, this unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system for dependable cooling on a 115v/60/1 circuit (7.2 amps, NEMA 5-15P). Certified cULus and UL EPH Classified, and made in the USA, it’s engineered to keep high-volume stations organized and moving smoothly.
