Built for demanding kitchens, the stainless steel and aluminum construction pairs with foamed-in-place, eco-friendly polyurethane insulation to preserve consistent temperatures. A front-breathing design simplifies placement under counters and alongside equipment. Behind one stainless steel solid door, approximately 11.4 cu. ft. of capacity and two heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves keep ingredients organized and within reach. Powered by a 115V, 1-phase connection, this compact unit measures 29.75 inches high (without 6.25-inch casters) by 44.5 inches wide by 32.25 inches deep (without 1-inch rear bumpers), helping chefs, operators, and facility managers maximize space without sacrificing performance.
