Four stainless steel drawers with heavy-duty slides and rollers provide smooth access, while recessed handles are foamed-in-place with metal interlocking for lasting durability. Drawer components remove easily for quick, thorough cleaning. A forced-air system holds -10°F, protecting product quality across shifts. This compact, front-breathing unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion and reduced global warming potential, and it is more efficient than commonly used R134a. The interior features a clear coated aluminum liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners to simplify wipe-downs. Built for busy kitchens, it rides on 5-inch diameter stem casters and includes a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back.
