Its factory balanced refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with 0 ozone depletion and reduced global warming potential, maintaining 33–38°F for dependable holding. This midsized stainless steel unit pairs one stainless steel self-closing door with two stainless steel drawers, helping streamline access during prep and service. Each drawer can accommodate two full size 12"L x 20"W x 8"D pans, and the door compartment includes two adjustable, PVC-coated shelves for flexible organization. Front-breathing performance supports versatile placement, while foamed-in-place, eco-friendly polyurethane insulation helps maintain set temperatures.
