The True TUC-93D-2-HC undercounter refrigerator streamlines high-volume prep with 93.25" of undercounter cold storage. A front-breathing, side-mounted system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains 33–38°F (0.56–3.33°C) for proper cold holding while reducing environmental impact with 0 ozone depletion and lower global warming potential. Two stainless steel self-closing doors each include two adjustable shelves for flexible storage, and two stainless steel drawers hold two full-size 12" x 20" x 8" pans per drawer (pans not included) to speed line changes. Built for heavy use, it features a stainless steel top and sides, an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor, and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for reliable temperature retention. Powered by a 1/3 HP compressor on 115V/1-ph (4.5 amps) with a NEMA 5-15P plug, the unit moves easily on 5" casters.
