The True TUC-93D-6-HC undercounter refrigerator maximizes cold storage and workflow along busy prep and cook lines. Spanning 93.25 inches wide, this front-breathing unit maintains 33–38°F for food-safe holding right where you need it. Six stainless steel drawers streamline station prep and line service; each drawer accepts two full-size 12" x 20" x 8" pans (pans not included) for efficient, configurable organization. A durable stainless steel top and sides handle heavy use, while the aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor simplifies wipe-downs. Foamed-in-place, eco-friendly polyurethane insulation helps lock in temperatures during rushes, and removable drawer gaskets, slides, and rollers speed cleaning between shifts. Powered by a 1/3 HP, 115V system with a NEMA 5-15P, it integrates easily into existing outlets.
