A stainless steel top with rear splash creates a sturdy prep area, complemented by stainless steel front and sides for durability. Two drawers keep essentials organized; each drawer accommodates two 12 x 20 x 8 pans (not included) to stage ingredients at the point of use. The unit features front-breathing, side-mount refrigeration and 5" castors. Inside, an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor delivers a practical combination of strength and cleanability. This one-section model is powered by a 1/5 HP system and operates at 115v/60/1, drawing 5.1 amps with a NEMA 5-15 connection. Made in USA.
