Its one-piece stainless steel top and backsplash eliminate crevices that trap debris, while the stainless front and sides stand up to daily use. An oversized, forced-air refrigeration system with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant delivers quick recovery and consistent temperature ideal for frozen foods and ice cream. Two self-closing stainless doors with standard locks open to an aluminum interior with a stainless floor and four adjustable, PVC-coated wire shelves to organize product. Mounted on 5" stem casters, this two-section, rear-mount unit moves easily for cleaning and positioning.
