The top and backsplash are one continuous piece of stainless steel, preventing food particles from getting trapped and streamlining cleanup. An oversized, factory-balanced refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant maintains -10°F, ideal for frozen foods and ice cream. Two self-closing stainless steel solid doors with standard locks, four heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves, and foamed-in-place eco-friendly polyurethane insulation support efficient organization and cold holding. 5-inch stem casters make it easy to position this 60-inch unit for service while keeping your workflow moving.
