Its two-section layout with two stainless steel doors and four shelves organizes ingredients within easy reach, while the stainless steel top with rear splash provides a clean, resilient workspace. A stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily wear, and the aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor simplifies cleanup. Featuring a side mount front breather and 5-inch castors, the unit is easy to position and move as needed. Powered by a 1/5 HP refrigeration system on a 115v/60/1 connection drawing 5.1 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug, it is ENERGY STAR® certified and made in the USA.
