The True TWT-72-HC refrigerated worktop helps kitchens maximize space and workflow by combining a dependable refrigerator with a durable prep surface. Its all-stainless front, top, and ends and a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back withstand heavy use. A one-piece stainless steel top with integrated backsplash eliminates seams where food particles can collect, making cleanup faster between tasks. The factory-balanced refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains 33°F to 38°F for consistent product holding. Behind three stainless steel self-closing solid doors with standard locks, six heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves keep ingredients organized. Foamed-in-place eco-friendly polyurethane insulation supports temperature retention, while 5-inch diameter stem casters aid positioning during service or cleaning. With approximately 19 cu. ft. of capacity, the TWT-72-HC delivers reliable cold storage and a smooth, sanitary work surface in one efficient footprint.
