The factory-balanced, heavy-capacity refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains temperatures between 33°F and 38°F to keep ingredients at peak freshness. Three stainless steel self-closing doors and six heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves organize product for fast line service, while foamed-in-place, eco-friendly polyurethane insulation helps lock in consistent temperatures.
