The True TWT-93D-2-HC worktop refrigerator streamlines prep and cold storage in one 93-inch platform. Its all stainless steel front, top, and ends pair with a GalFan coated steel back for durability in high-volume kitchens. A one-piece stainless top and backsplash eliminates seams that can trap food particles, supporting faster, more sanitary cleanup. The factory-balanced system uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and maintains 33°F to 38°F to protect ingredients at the line. Two stainless steel drawers each accept two full-size 12" x 20" x 8" pans, while two self-closing stainless doors and four PVC-coated wire shelves organize bulk items. Removable drawer slides, rollers, and gaskets speed maintenance, and 5-inch stem casters simplify moves for cleaning or reconfiguration.
