Its front, top, and ends are all stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back for long-lasting performance. A one-piece stainless steel top with integrated backsplash helps prevent food particles from getting trapped. An oversized refrigeration system maintains 33°F to 38°F (0.56°C to 3.33°C) using environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Six stainless steel drawers improve organization, with each drawer accommodating two 12" x 20" x 8" full-size pans. Removable drawer slides, rollers, and gaskets make cleaning straightforward, while 5" diameter stem casters support easy mobility. Foamed-in-place, eco-friendly polyurethane insulation enhances temperature retention.
