The Turbo Air CTST-1200G-13-N is an E-Line countertop salad table designed for clean presentation and quick access on busy prep lines. The clear hood showcases ingredients while helping maintain a tidy service area. Measuring 47-1/4 inches long with side mounted, self-contained refrigeration, it integrates easily into a variety of stations. Configure your setup with either (8) GN 1/6 size or (4) GN 1/3 size condiment pans, up to 6″ deep (pans not included), to match changing menus and workflows. A digital temperature display on the front panel allows quick checks during peak periods. The unit features a static cooling system and R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, along with a stainless steel interior and exterior for durable, easy-to-clean performance. Powered by 1/6 HP, this 115v/60/1-ph model draws 2 amps and connects with a NEMA 5-15P. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation.
