The Turbo Air CTST-1500-N is a 60-inch countertop refrigerated prep rail designed to keep high-volume mise en place organized and within safe holding temperatures. Built with stainless steel inside and out, it simplifies cleaning and presents a professional look on the line, making it a smart fit for delis, sandwich shops, salad bars, and fast-service operations.
Using eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant and a static cooling system with a side-mounted compressor, this model meets DOE Energy Conservation Standards and is easy to service. A digital front display lets staff confirm temperatures at a glance, and the system holds 32–41°F to preserve freshness during peak rushes. The rail fits up to seven GN 1/4 pans (pans not included), while high-density polyurethane insulation locks in cold. An accessible on/off switch and ABS legs add everyday convenience and stability to keep workflows efficient during busy shifts.
