The Turbo Air CTST-1500G-13-N E-Line countertop salad table organizes make lines while keeping ingredients visible and accessible. At 59 inches long, it features a clear hood for product presentation and a side mounted, self-contained refrigeration system. The unit accommodates either twelve GN 1/6 pans or six GN 1/3 pans at 6-inch depth (pans not included), giving flexibility to configure wells for salads, sandwiches, or pizza assembly. A digital temperature display on the front panel allows quick monitoring, while a static cooling system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides consistent cold holding. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, this table supports straightforward cleaning in busy kitchens. Powered by a 1/6 HP system drawing 2 amps at 115v/60/1-ph with a NEMA 5-15P plug, it installs on standard circuits and carries cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certifications.
