Measuring 70-7/8 inches long, this side mounted self-contained unit holds either sixteen GN 1/6 pans or eight GN 1/3 pans at 6-inch depth, keeping high-demand ingredients organized and within easy reach (pans not included). A digital temperature display on the front panel provides quick, precise monitoring to help maintain product quality during busy service. The static cooling system, powered by eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, delivers consistent cold holding without added complexity. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, it stands up to daily use and simplifies cleaning for operators and facility managers. With 1/6 HP refrigeration and a 115v/60/1-ph, 2-amp electrical connection using a NEMA 5-15P plug, installation is straightforward in most commercial kitchens.
