Streamline your cold prep line with the Turbo Air CTST-1800G-13-N E-Line countertop salad table. At 70-7/8 inches long with a clear hood and side mounted self-contained refrigeration, it keeps ingredients within reach and in full view. The rail accommodates either 16 GN 1/6 size or eight GN 1/3 size 6-inch-deep condiment pans (pans not included), allowing flexible station setups. A front-panel digital temperature display simplifies monitoring, while a static cooling system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides cold holding. Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior and powered by 1/6 HP, this 115v, 2-amp unit connects via a NEMA 5-15P plug. Certified cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it serves the needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on organized presentation and consistent performance.
