Its clear lid offers quick visibility and access to ingredients, and the stainless steel construction supports durability and hygiene. Using eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit meets DOE Energy Conservation Standards. A digital temperature display enables precise monitoring, and the system maintains 32°F to 41°F to preserve food quality. Accommodating up to nine GN 1/4 pans (pans not included), the rail organizes a broad ingredient set without sacrificing counter space. High-density polyurethane insulation enhances temperature stability and efficiency. A static cooling system with a side-mount compressor simplifies service access, while an accessible on/off power switch streamlines daily operation.
