This one-section, 22.7 cu. ft. model includes two solid doors with locks, bright LED interior lighting, and three chrome-plated wire shelves to organize plates and pans. A digital temperature control & monitor system pairs with a ducted fan air distribution system to help manage cabinet conditions for consistent results. Built with a stainless steel exterior and interior, it withstands heavy daily use and cleans easily. Power is straightforward at 950 watts, 115v/60/1-ph, 8.5 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
