The Turbo Air MST-24S-N6 is an M3 series sandwich/salad unit engineered to streamline make-line workflow for busy kitchens. A 6-pan top opening with clear lid keeps ingredients organized and visible, while the cold bunker system and rear mount self-contained compressor provide reliable cooling performance. The 9-1/2" deep cutting board with side rail offers dedicated prep space right at the station. Digital temperature control helps maintain setpoints, and LED interior lighting with fan control supports quick checks during service. Inside, an adjustable PE coated wire shelf and a field reversible swing door adapt to changing layouts. The cabinet is built with a stainless steel top, front, and sides, a galvanized steel back and bottom, and an aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor and ABS door liner.
