This 36-inch unit accommodates up to fifteen 1/6-size pans and holds product between 33°F and 39°F for reliable cold holding. A patented self-cleaning condenser helps prevent dust buildup that can cause system failures, while the Cold Bunker system circulates cold air around pans to maintain NSF-required temperatures even when the lids are open. Operators can dial in accuracy with the digital temperature control and verify readings on the external display. Built for daily service, the cabinet features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel back and bottom, high-density polyurethane insulation, and LED interior lighting.
